New again & need encouragement/buddies!

hello! i signed up several months ago, lost a little weight, & started to eat Horrible again! of course i gained the weight back. i want to get serious this time! iam tired of being unhappy with the way my body looks and not fit into my clothes! any encouragement is greatly needed! buddies, anyone?

I'm not sure how to do the buddies thing, i just joined today! First off, way to go, taking control of your life. are you just changing how you eat or also working out? I find that when i work out, i'm so much more likely to stick to it because I don't want to undo all that hard work!
a little about me.
i have been using the app on my phone for a couple months. i lost 6 pounds and kept it off.
i'm down another 2, but you know you can't really count it til you weigh in 3 times in a row and it's the same number!
i lost a ton of weight in college and slowly over the past 11 years it's crept back up. I was nearing 160 and had to take action...my goal is 147 so i can fit in all the suits in my closet!
I'll encourage you if you encourage me! i need someone to hold me accountable so i don't go face first into a cake (yah, that might have happened last weekend)

I just joined this site a couple of weeks ago. I am also looking for some buddies. Initially started at 176 and got down to 143, using a diet that I found in Glamour magazine. Somehow I lost all motivation for anything and have gained weight and am back up to 165. Currently lost about 4 lbs, so I'm working on getting to 135.

Mehardies- i have been watching what i eat, as well as using my elliptical machine or swimming. i guess when i lost a little weight i got too confident thinking i could eat whatever i wanted! i almost peed myself when you said about weighing 3 times!! i do that too (because the scale could be wrong depending on how i stand on it)! i don't like cake, but a huge bowl of pasta gets me every time. glad someone saved you last weekend! thanks for buddying up!
