Heck yeah! I see you had the Dannon brand, I'm personally not a fan. I've tried a couple of varieties but Chobani is my favorite. I believe it has a tad more protein than Dannon also. My favorite is nonfat peach Chobani, & I have just sent DH off to the store to get me some, lol. I know many people use plain in place of sour cream, though I haven't tried that yet.

I use Stonyfield's Oiko non fat yogurt. I buy the 4 pk honey flavored. I have tried the chocolate flavored one too, I like it, but you can't find it often here anymore. The honey is only 90 calories per 4 oz cup. It seems like I have tried the Dannon before and I liked it. Actually, I did buy some Dannon plain to try in place of sour cream as Kat mentioned above. I haven't tried it yet though.

I use the non fat Fage in place of sour cream often and I really like it. I've even used it to make dip and eaten it with veggies. It tastes deliciously sinful.

I also LOVE the greek yogurt. I use Oikos, both the plain and vanilla flavored. The plain I use for dips and in place of sour cream and I add fruit to the vanilla one. Kikibanks, you're right--it tastes deliciously sinful.

It's a staple for me! I usually buy larger containers at Trader Joe's- either vanilla or plain. Vanilla I eat on it's own or with fruit or granola. The plan I'll eat with fruit and honey, put in smoothies, use with equal parts light mayo in tuna or egg salad, use in place of oil in various recipes... Lots of possibilities!

When I'm feeling a little more decadent, I'll get the pineapple Chobani- it's 2% fat, so it tastes richer (but also has more calories). Love it! Oh, and Oikos Caramel variety- YUM! Perfect for dessert.

I love Chobani and Stoneyfield Oikos--Vanilla. I add blueberries and walnuts + Chia seed. Sometimes I will add raisins or craisins....the chia seed adds omega-3s. I eat it every day!!!
You can get there from here.

Recently I've been buying plain Greek yogurt and making my own fruit. It's summer, and the produce in California is spectacular. Last weekend I bought a bunch of peaches and made peach syrup (for Italian sodas) with them. That left me with a lot of fruit pulp, which I'm stirring into oatmeal and yogurt.

How weird, my new boyfriend's name is Greek Yogurt too. Very Happy

I find I prefer plain to flavored; Fage 0% is my super-favorite, Chobani 0% is a very close second... everyone else is miles behind. And FYI, 'Greek Gods' brand is a mean joke.

I keep trying to mix it up or find creative uses for it, but I always go back to my standard: drizzled with honey (sometimes sugar free artificial, sometimes real) with chopped walnuts on top. Almost a daily thing for me. YUM.
