I have been on FS for a while and it is a great help...but I still do not understand what those colors mean on the weight loss/gain sliding scale. Can someone explain it?

My goal started at 100 pounds. When I lost the first 25 my color changed, so my "guess" is that it changes when ever you lose 25% of your intended weightloss. Good luck!
If not today, then when?

it's based on percentages. first 25 percent the bar will change, then 50-75 percent it should be yellow, it will change to blue or green (can't recall which is first, think it's blue) after you lose between 75-90 something percent. The last color is like when you only have a few more pounds to go to your goal.

They are exactly that!!! when you start it is red, after first 25% loss orange, then 50% yellow, then 75% green and finally blue when you have reached your goal! I am looking forward to BLUE!!!

I've been in the yellow so long I'm beginning to wonder if blue or green exist...

great choice of colours!!! they say that red causes a physiological response in the body that evokes our passions - makes us want to eat, fight and have sex! blue and green on the other hand are the calming colours - they make us eat less! (can you tell I am an art teacher?)
