Just joined today as I have started the P90X workout and nutrition plan last week.
I decided to join to keep an exact log ofmy calorie intake while doing P90X.
Must admit the body is sore from the workout programs, but the eating side of its is great as I never feel hungry like I did on Weight Watchers etc..and with Atkins I got bored of just eating meat and trying to vary what I ate..
As I said I started it last Monday and weighed in at 165.4 lb and this monday is now 161.6 so rather chuffed with the result and I now my body fat % has decreased too..
So hears to the next 83 days of my first P90X run..
