I am going to be participating in a pilot program offered by my employer called Naturally Slim. As part of the pilot it is free to us. Seems to be something a little different. No specific diet, pills, supplements, foods, etc. It is all about re-educating yourself to eat like a thin person does. Their theory is that it is not about what you eat but more about how and when you eat it.
Any feedback anyone can offer on success/failure would be appreciated. I start it next week.
If interested here is the link:

It is a little expensive and it is good that you're getting it for free. I hope that you will share with us some of the things you've learned. I feel that the more you know about eating right and maintaining a healthy lifestyle the more likely you will live it. Good luck and keep us posted.
I'm thinner today than I was yesterday but not as thin as I will be tomorrow.

Sounds interesting...actually reminds me of Dr. Phil's first weight loss book from several years ago; one of the ideas in it was that thin people have a lifestyle that promotes a healthy weight, for example making choices that involve physical activity like taking stairs, attending social gatherings that involve activity like playing softball at a picnic, & of course exercising regularly.
Obese people on the other hand, typically have a lifestyle that sustains obesity. If I take a look at my lifestyle before losing weight, this was absolutely true. I didn't monitor my intake, avoided social gatherings that involved lots of walking or other physical activity - to be honest I avoided most social occasions altogether if I could.
Part of being successful is rearranging your life to promote health & fitness instead of obesity & you've made leaps & bounds in that regard! I am definitely curious to hear what you get out of the program, gotta love employer benefits.

Very cool! My company subsidizes WW, but that's about it. Keep us posted on this program!

You lost what?!
Ha ha ha, I can't wait to weigh in at the end of the month and see where I am. I imagine I'll be somewhere close to a sperm whale's brain.

Yes I get this. The main reasons tend to be sodium intake, lack of water, and hormones. I see from your food log that most days you are over 3000 and somethimes up to 5000mg in sodium. "They" ...
