Well I am a mother of 4 wonderful kids. I just starting doing the exercise thing again. My youngest is almost 3 months and I am so tired of seeing hot moms with lots of kids. I want to be the hot mom people look at!...lol

Well I ran a mile and rode a mile today. I am pretty tired but I feel like I did something good for myself for once. I hope I can keep it up.

You DID do soemthing good for yourself AND your kids. You're taking care of yourself so you will have the energy to take care of and enjoy them. Plus you're setting a good example for them to follow. You CAN keep it up!

I just wanted to say something!
try one tablespoon of olive oil and 1/3 cup of either almonds/walnuts/pistachios every morning. That worked for me.
