I prefer techno, no particular artist, except I exclude the really annoying beat only ones on pandora. My trainer was usrprised by that, I guess ebing an accountant has a certain stigma. I find that even when I am too tired to workout, I can just loose myself in it and try and pump to the beat.

Party Rock Anthem, LMFAO or Tonight Tonight by Hot Chelle Rae. And (ironically) The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars.

Girl Talk - Feed the Animal. The whole album gets me pumped. I'm obsessed because I am one of those people who changes songs midway through due to boredom, so mash ups are perfect for me. Feed the Animal is by far the best mash up album I've downloaded. So upbeat and gets me working hard. Very Happy

I am obsessed with Girl Talk too. Just saw them in AC. Love!

And hell yes to Nicki Minaj. I also have a Gwen Stefani/No Doubt addiction at the gym, particularly "What you waiting for?" and the "It's My Life" cover. I'm a dork.

Almost anything by Brave Combo, pop latin stuff by Juanes, Shakira or Julieta Venegas. Throw in some Maroone 5 and I am actually walking faster than I should... Actually when I put the iPod on shuffle I'm delighted when the 1960's British Invasion music surprises me.

Now if I could convince the gym to turn down their music, I could hear mine better.
