Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tricia and I am 35 years old. I have a lot of weight to lose. About 5 years ago now, I did well on Weight Watchers I lost 63 pounds. I was so proud of myself.

However I have gained all that back, possibly more. I haven't weighed myself yet. I guess I am afraid to. At this time I can't afford to join the actual Weight Watchers program....So I am going to be doing it by counting calories and logging exercise.

I am going to concentrate at this time on hitting 190. It's not the final weight I want to be, but I need to start somewhere.

I am really looking forward to interacting with people, who know what I am going through.

I went to Curve's and lost a great bit of weight. After really bad relationships, I gained it all back and more. I am finally in a decent relationship with somebody who really loves me and wants to see me succeed in everything I set out to do. He is behind me 1 billion percent in this journey Smile You definitely remind me of myself, though. I remember the days when I was 190...ahh. Loved it lol. I would love to be 190 again. Definitely not my final goal either, but it's a great short-term goal Wink We can do it!

Welcome, both of you. You will like it here. There is room for all kinds of weight loss programs here, and I believe FatSecret really helps us all do this.
Personally, I count calories, don't exercise too much and lose weight like crazy. Feel free to add me as a buddy, should you feel like it.
Do this passionately and dedicated, make it fun and not a struggle and you will get to where you want to be.

From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I've checked out a lot of communities and FatSecret appears to be a great mix of people on different diets but ultimately with the same goal. I am Going to try A no carb Diet on tue & thursdays and low carb every other day. I am unable to walk much due to a Injury and am on Blood thinners which cuts down on things I can eat. Wish Me luck! ...
