I joined one year ago and I've lost 30 pounds. I've still got a long way to go, but I'm headed in the right direction! The support and education I've received here have been life-changing. Thanks everyone!

Elly, you look great!!! Congrats on your anniversary! To embed the picture, on the Flickr site, right-click the picture & open the Properties. It should display a link to the image file (ends in .jpg most likely). Copy that to your clipboard, then come back here & edit your post. Click the image icon & it will put the img tags in, then just paste the copied URL between those tags & save.

Looking good Elly. You've made a lot of progress in the last year.

First goal: 299 lbs - completed 11/8/14
Second goal: 280 lbs - completed
Third goal: 260 lbs - in progress
Fourth goal: 240 lbs
Fifth goal: 220 lbs
Final goal: 200 lbs
I'll review where I want to be at this point.

bullet proof coffee
Drinking bullet proof coffee allows you to feel full without affecting the body's insulin levels. You are losing weight and not hungry. That's why it is useful for dieting.
