Last week I weighed 314.5 and this week I weigh 314.1 is that a loss or nothing? Thanks

It's a very small loss. Treat it as one if doing so is a psychological boost for you.

A loss is a loss! I'll take all the tiny losses that I can get. Tiny losses add up to big losses!
