No weight loss

I didn't lose or gain this week, I had a cough and took cough syrup and cough drops. Could that be the answer and do you think I should give up the popsicles and atkins bars all together? Need your help guys. Thanks

When i had a cold i had to go out and get sugar free of both. I believe they did effect my weight loss. Cough drop = candy in terms of sugar. Remember only 3 artificial sweeteners all day, even when it is in food or drinks or medicines. Hope you are feeling better.Smile

You should eat more. Your calories are too low. The Atkins products are really meant as snacks, not meal replacements. You should also limit your artificial sugar intake. As I said in my email, eat more fats.

You need to take a serious look at what your eating and what your not eating. Your not going to do well the way your going. Take a look at what and how much food I eat in 1 day. I break all that food into 6 small meals.

Your going to have to put some real effort into planning out what your going to eat in a day.

I see little to no fiber in your diet. Your hardly eating any vegetables at all.

Spring rolls 20 carbs alone.. wrong
Atkins bars = stall for most people
popsicles /shrug
salami... processed meat is bad choice
hot dogs, also processed meat = nasty
