Yeah, I use broccoli to up my carbs/veggie carbs if I dont' have enough by dinner time. What helped me as to check out possible foods BEFORE I would eat them here. After a couple of days, you get a feel for what's low and what's high; makes it much easier.
Good luck and know that going over on veggies once in while isnt' a bad thing; just don't make a habit of it. Also, as long as your NCs stay below 50, you should still be in ketosis (fat burning mode).
Take care.

What surprised me is that your broccoli has no fiber!!!!! It is not the carbs coming from broccoli you should be worried about!!!! Broccoli is good for you!!!!!!!!

Took a look at your diet calendar - it's not the broccoli you need to worry about, but the spring rolls with 20g carbs, and the popsicles!

Eating too much brocolli will not hurt your induction. The Springs Rolls will. Most of your net carbs are coming from them.

You lost what?!
Ha ha ha, I can't wait to weigh in at the end of the month and see where I am. I imagine I'll be somewhere close to a sperm whale's brain.
