I think it is fine, just count one serving as 1 carb and you should be fine.
But even if you "shouldn't" have it, you didn't blow it, it is only one drink in the grand scheme of things.
Don't be so hard on yourself, you are doing great!

patmck, never think one thing you have blown it. We learn by our mistakes, just move on and put it behind you.....I have had a couple of screw ups things I thought wouldn't be to bad, but yes they were. Just keep on as you are, you are doing great....
May you always have

One mess up won't ruin the whole thing as long as you don't let it. Most of us didn't gain weight by eating badly one day, and most of us won't lose weight by eating healthy one day. You must think in the longer term. Don't think of days, think of weeks.

A carb has 4 calories in it... marketing allows you to say anything less than 5 calories is calorie free. So worst case it has 1 carb per serving in it. It's not that bad.

I agree with those who say don't get deterred by one "bad" thing. As you progress, you'll learn more and more about what works for you. Persistence is key. I lost 25 pounds this past winter on Atkins, and what I found was that if I did indulge in something, or go over my carb count for the day, I just did a few days of induction until I could tell I was losing weight again, and went right back to what had been working for me until the indulgence. Eating a cupcake and going "oops" and getting back on plan is WAY better for you than eating one cupcake, going "oops, I blew it" and eating five more. Don't get discouraged, you can totally do this!!!
Progress, not perfection, is what counts.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
