Low carb pancake recipe

I just made these for lunch, yum!

You can substitute any vanilla protein, the one I use is awesome because it has just 3 natural ingredients.

200 calories only 3 carbs

Enjoy!
Very Happy

Hmmm...I think I'll have to try these for breakfast! You've already got me hooked on low-carb tortillas with PB & sugar-free chocolate chips. Very Happy

Sounds good, I'll have to try this. How many pancakes does this make?

2 fairly large pancakes. I'm having them for breakfast tomorrow and I can't wait. Smile

Now I'm looking for a good low-carb breakfast bread or bar recipe. I tried one tonight but it was too bitter, I'm thinking from the stevia.

Any Porridge suggestions?
Yes Steel cut oats. They take longer to cook but are so worth it! Add a tablespoon of peanut butter and some berries for a protein boost and great flavour. You can also add a table spoon of maple syrup ...
