what to have for breakfast ????

Ok so maybe this is the wrong diet for me..I hate cheese so I have been having 1 boiled egg and 4 pieces of bacon for breakfast for 5 days...Now I am very sick of that already Crying or Very sad Is there any thing out there without cheese that I can have ?? Confused

This morning I had a grilled portabella mushroom with spinach and chopped bacon (could be ham), a small slice of tomato, topped with a fried egg. I did have cheese over this, but you could omit it.

I also just bought some sliced smoked salmon, and will make a roll up with lettuce and cream cheese and have that in the AM (lox and bagels without the bagel!!

You can add cottage cheese to your meal or any veggie except potatoes. Have you tried tofu? Or soy based cheeses?

you don't have to eat "typical" breakfast foods for breakfast. why not cook extra for dinner the night before and heat up for breakfast...pork chops, chicken, veggies? or have you tried a MIM (muffin in a minute)? it microwaves in a minute and is ok for induction. I like to slice & toast after microwaving and it taste almost like real toast. top with cream cheese or sf jam, yum!

I mix together plain yogurt, oatmeal and frozen berries the night before. The berries thaw and the oatmeal softens up from the yogurt so I don't have to cook it.

Think creatively and don't let "breakfast" food necessarily be your guide. I get big packages of smoked salmon from Costco and freeze in 2 oz packages. Also, slicked turkey. And when I cook fish for dinner, I make extra and often eat the left overs for breakfast. The two most breakfasty things I eat (besides egg whites) are turkey ham steak and Amylu's breakfast club chicken sausage.
