HI, I ned to know why is it that when I have entered my food in the food log, it shows the same amount, total carbs as the Net carbs. I entered 8 oz. of broccoli, which have a lot of fiber in them, but yet the net carbs match the total carb number? Thanks

It looks like whoever created the food entry did not enter the nutritional information correctly and forgot the dietary fiber. I would just remove that entry from your journal and search on the generic entry, "broccoli." There are a ton of entries for it in the food database.

Thanks. I did notice that the space for the fiber count was blank. Sorry for the ignorant question, but how do you remove/replace an entry? This is my first day using the site.

Just click the "X" to the right of the item to remove an entry.
