I have been working pretty hard on my diet, but I am missing one thing....people to encourage and back me up. I am looking for a few good people to talk with, share information, and encourage. I read information on certain diets, suppliments and food all the time and would like to talk with people who like doingt he same.

Thanks and look forward to hearing from some of you.Very Happy

Hi buddy,

I am also looking for the same thing, trying to build a support group around me so when I feel like stuffing my face with food I could think of all the people on the same journey who will hold me accountable and help me achieve my goals. I just started this new Dukan Diet because I need to see some progress very fast in order to stay in this. So far I am very determined. For me joining challenges helps and I am trying to get past my language barrier and respond on forums because keeping active on this site will keep me on track. Nice to meet you buddySmile

I am always checking out new and hot supplements, reviewing diets (trying diets), etc.. I will give you some research material already! Check out the "spike diet", I have been on it for awhile now and I find it to be the most reasonable, flexible, and maintainable diets out there (for me). If you are trying to find a regimen or have specific workout goals shoot those at me too and I will see what I can contribute to your cause.
Logging the Spike Diet w/my journal. Add me as a buddy if you want to see how it goes.

I'm doing three days free weights in the gym and three days streetwork learning to run. I'll be honest with you (probably even when you don't want to hear it...lol!) since that's how I roll. Add me as a bud if you like or just create a thread. At any rate, you are the master of your destiny so GO GET SOME! Wink

I'm not a huge talker, but I'm learning that I need the encouragement and motivation too. I'll send you a buddy request, accept if we can help each other.
