i figured out the jello thing 1 carb if bought already made, 0 if buy gelatin and make yourself.

do you mean the the individual cups, from the box that you add water to, or the unflavored kind like what is used to make jelly?

I've never thought of using the unflavored kind, but I suppose you could add extracts as flavoring and sweetener. if this is what you did, can you share the recipe?

gkcfm95, I think bshaw97 meant the premade (prepackaged sugarfree jello) has carbs and if you make the SUGAR FREE JELLO (say cherry flavored) out of the box, it is no carbs. I think that's what she meant.
