Calories on Weight Watchers

I've been on Weight Watchers before, but now I'm starting it on Fat Secret. It seems that when I enter what I'm eating, the calories are very low...too low. But I am trying to eat 19 points. Does Fat Secret underestimate the calories?

The minimum on the new WW plus is 29 points. You now do not have to count points for vegtables or fruits and are allowed up to 5 a day. The only ones you have to count points on is starchy vegs. like corn and peas. As far as Fatsecret counts, I am doing Atkins and they have been right on it. You can add your own brand to make sure it is correct into the database if they do not list yours.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
