Hi I've just started, and I tend to be rubbish at diets, I can help you with all the emotional stuff, particularly if you're an emotional eater and the temptation stuff as well...

Hi Gigirl, I've been dieting for three weeks now using this site, a lot of people seem to join, stay a couple days, then go again, so would be good to have a buddy who is equally serious about weightloss to support one another along the way, I'll happily add you Smile

Heyyy Gigirl, I am happy to be your buddy if you want to me mine Very Happy
I too am an emotional eater and I am also looking for buddies on this site. In my experience I gain buddies on here and they stay for a short while and then they don't seem to go on here anymore. I love the support of people who are all focusing on the same goal for the most part...weightloss. I am on this site everyday so feel free to message me whenever you want to talk. From your profile it says you are 16? I am 20 and I know how hard it was in high school so if you ever want to talk just let me know Very Happy
