Going on a family trip to the happiest place on earth. I know another post was done about game plans. We are not going to have a kitchen in our motel and we usually spend every second at the park. Helpful ideas please. : )

Nuts in your purse are good as well as some string cheese for a quick snack. Also, jerky (watch for sugar) and pork rinds. Also, maybe a small can of tuna (with the pull tab lid) and a couple of packets of mayo for a quick tuna salad. I've also made pepperoni chips which I love. Preheat your oven to 350, place pepperoni on a bake sheet in single layer and bake until crisp. Watch these as they go from done to burnt pretty fast. Seal in an airtight container. I like these for the crunch. Also, they are sort of salty which will encourage to drink lots of water Smile

So i plan to bring in my own snacks in a backpack, along with my families and do my best with the lunch and dinner options. Not sure if I will get in all foundation veggies each day. I had remembered from 2003 a cafe hamburger place that had a substantial salad fixins bar, hoping that is still there. Don't forget the positive- you will get in plenty of walking.
