Going on a family trip to the happiest place on earth. I know another post was done about game plans. We are not going to have a kitchen in our motel and we usually spend every second at the park. Helpful ideas please. : )

Most hotels at least have a mini-fridge. I travel a lot and I always check and some hotels will give you one (or charge a very minimal fee) for both a fridge and microwave.

Nuts in your purse are good as well as some string cheese for a quick snack. Also, jerky (watch for sugar) and pork rinds. Also, maybe a small can of tuna (with the pull tab lid) and a couple of packets of mayo for a quick tuna salad. I've also made pepperoni chips which I love. Preheat your oven to 350, place pepperoni on a bake sheet in single layer and bake until crisp. Watch these as they go from done to burnt pretty fast. Seal in an airtight container. I like these for the crunch. Also, they are sort of salty which will encourage to drink lots of water Smile

I posted the same question a little while back. They responded you can bring in your own food. So i plan to bring in my own snacks in a backpack, along with my families and do my best with the lunch and dinner options. Not sure if I will get in all foundation veggies each day. I had remembered from 2003 a cafe hamburger place that had a substantial salad fixins bar, hoping that is still there. Don't forget the positive- you will get in plenty of walking.

Coleslaw
I made a healthy coleslaw for my chicken last night. Shredded squash, zuchinni, brussel sprouts and carrots and used olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. Tasted great
