Anyone else having trouble getting back on track after Easter?

Just need some inspiration to get back on board tomorrow on the Atkins lifestyle. Did so well for many weeks, knew i would indulge yesterday on dessert, but what is up with today cannot resist the sweets. Is my carb addiction back? Who is doing what out there to stay motivated?
Maybe it is just me. Hope all are doing better than me today. Pam

I thought I did pretty good yesterday, but I knew I would go over my carbs. I stayed away from the mashed potatoes, but couldn't resist the low carb cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. I figured it would be a better choice since it was low carb, 14 net.
Today I cannot stay out of the kids candy. I don't think it bothered me yesterday because I had eaten so much other food. We had an egg hunt at church and the kids brought home all kinds of chocolate & sugar. I've already had too many of the little Snickers & Reese's cups.
Hopefully the scale won't find out what I've done. Tomorrow is a new day!!

You just have to tell yourself that after the first couple of days you will no longer have the cravings! That is what helped me restart 6 weeks ago and after only a couple of days I was fine.

YES! I think a lot of us had a bit of an Easter Break! Now let's all get off our rumps and start thinking healthy again!!! I have been slumping BIG TIME and I am ready to kick it now!

I feel your pain!! After a long Easter break from Atkins I just haven't been able to get back on plan. Today was the day...yea right I blew it at breakfast!! Yesterday I cleaned out all the candy - but forgot the bread. So I had to have another turkey sandwich...then well lets just say it was NOT a good day!! But we just need to keep our goals in mind - sometimes that is easier said then done. COME ON WE CAN DO THIS!! Tuesday is the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
