Ok my friends! i need some awesome low-carb hard boiled egg recipes! Hit me with your best shot. Smile
My favorite is deviled eggs made with horseradish and a little mayo! I love it spicy. Very Happy

Deviled eggs are the best!
I also like to mix chopped eggs with mayo, relish, & canned tuna. It's good with celery sticks.

I had 2 for Easter breakfast, sliced over some steamed asparagus with homemade Hollandaise sauce over it. Might have the same thing tomorrow only with a slice of ham underneath.

I like regular deviled eggs but for some spicy ones I like these:

I slice them and add them to my salad, devil them with SF sweet gherkins and onion, add them to tuna salad, peel and then mash them with a fork and pour low carb sausage gravy over them...all good stuff!

Angeled Eggs~ the recipe is on Fat Secret
A mayonnaise free version of deviled eggs.Ingredients
6 large hard-boiled eggs
1 dash black pepper
1 dash salt
2 tsps vinegar
1/4 cup pureed avocado

Curry deviled eggs are great. Mayo, Curry powder to taste, chinese spice, garlic powder. Maybe some spicy mustard.

A really yummy low carb (not low fat) is Scotch Eggs... yummy

6 Servings

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1/2 cup pork rind, crushed to a powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup choppedjalapeno peppers or 1/4 cup banana pepper (optional)
6 hardboiled egg, peeled and dry

Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 45 mins
1 Mix all ingredients (except eggs) together until thoroughly blended (it is best to use your hands).
2 Divide the meat mixture into sixths and pat out one piece in your hand and mold it around one of the eggs.
3 Repeat with remaining eggs and meat.
4 Place them all on a baking sheet or in a baking pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

CARBS 1.1 per egg

New Snack tip. I spread cheese onto slices of cucumbers and eat my tuna with celery stalks!
