So today I worked out harder than I have in a very long time. I did upper body, crunches and arms at lunch today, then ran 2 miles (in 16:55 which is awesome for me).
Then tonight I had Karate where I did jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, leg work then grappled (wrestled) during the last part of class.

Curious to see the results in the morning. My weight may actually go up or not change, but I am building muscle and I know I did my very best today with diet and exercise so I am okay with that.

That bed is going to feel good tonight...Very Happy

Congrats! You had an extremely productive day. Even if you don't see major changes tomorrow on the scale, you will if you keep it up. Your body and your heart thank you for the cardio Smile.
I will not give up!

I did this once and did 5 hours of exercise. Of course it was broken out through the day but the next day I did not lose I gained. In about 3 days or so I finally saw the scale go down. I think when we do any kind of workout it takes some time for our bodies to adjust so don't be upset if you don't see it the next day. Check it again in a few days and see what happens. Great job!

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...

Why should you weigh yourself?
Weight isn't a true indicator of fat loss for example you can have 5 kg of fat or 5 kg of muscle and the muscle will look leaner and slimmer plus will help to increase your metabolism...Personally ...
