I hit my goal with this mornings weigh in after 62 weeks. 90 pounds of fat gone away for ever. That is an average loss of 1.4 lbs per week over time.

I'm going to celebrate by going out today and spending a crap load of money on new clothes. I had already started buying new clothes, but not to the extent I'm going to do today. And I'm going to smile every time I pull my wallet out of my pocket and pay.

What a glorious day. I have so many things going on in my head at this moment I can't explain this feeling.

Last night when I went to bed, I knew I was going to hit my goal, but wow. I never knew I'd actually feel this way.

I have so much to say but my mind is racing at the moment. I'm pumped. I better go have breakfast and get my ass in the shower. It's going to be a long day.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

That's awesome! For a long term average, 1.4 lbs a week is great! Looking forward to when I can make a similar shopping trip myself- it won't be tomorrow, but I'll get there eventually.
