I love night munching

I belong to a gym and go every other day and stay for one hour, I love to work out but I am not seeing any results how do you stop eating at night? I know that is part of the problem. I am new here but does anyone have any ideas?

Hi shhh, I am on Atkins, so at dinner I make sure I have enough fat and protein then I am never hungry during the night Smile

I have a tendency to snack at night as well but I've found that if I eat dinner when I am truly hungry not just when it is convenient that really helps. Like hummingbird5 said it is also important to get enough protein which helps you stay satisfied longer. Finally I couldn't help but see that one day you only ate about 300 something calories and worked out. Doing things like that will slow down your metabolism. Make sure you are eatin enough. If you restrict calories too much you set yourself up for a binge. Good luck!
