get dry beans in bulk and cook them up. Takes time, you got to soak them overnight, but it's much cheaper than buying in cans. Get bulk rice too, and then you can eat rice and beans. It's literally pennies for a meal by doing it that way. When you get bored of that, get whatever tuna is on sale and mix with a teaspoon of mayo and some lettuce and eat with crackers. Also, get cheap peanut butter and put on cheap bread or crackers. hope that helps get you through til you have a little more money! Smile

You can also make a dozen hard boiled eggs and eat them like that on a salad or take 1 egg and make it into egg salad and spread on piece of toast or 1/2 an English muffin. It's pretty filling for around 200 calories. Ive been doing this myself as either snack or breakfast. 1dz eggs and 6 muffins can make 12 meals
