Here is my situation. I use a juicer to get the juice that I need for my replacement meal drink. How can I know how many calories I am getting from the juice of several different fruits. I usually get about 32 ounces of juice? The fruits are 1 medium red delicious apple, 1 nectarine, 1 orange, 1 plum, 1/8 of a whole pineapple, 1/2 papaya, 1/2 cup of strawberries & 1/2 small cantaloup.
