Is it just me, or does anyone else have a LOVE of peanut butter? Really I should say, a love of Jif peanut butter. I have found that that is a very big "RED" light for me, I just can't have it around anywhere I can find it. I think I am a Jif Junkie. I thought I could handle having a small jar in the house, but I couldn't. When I went to put a tablespoon on my whole grain toast, I ended up eating 4 tablespoons first. Yikes! So I have offically banned Jif from my house, creamy is my biggest weakness, but chunky will do in a pinch. So now my husband has to find another brand. One I won't touch. Check one more item off the list! Oh well!Evil or Very Mad

I like Peanut Butter too, as do many folks apparently. Have you considered PB2? It's not the same as Jif, but honestly it's not bad and only a portion of the calories. I have to admit, I miss the crunchy peanut butter.

DISCLAIMER: I expect to lose this weight over the next 6 months to 5 years. I'm not going to feel like a failure if it takes an entire month to lose 1 pound. I'm going to feel like a success when that happens! I may offer advice that I'm currently not taking myself. Feel free to call me on that!

I am a PB2 convert. I love the stuff mixed with sugar free syrups from Davinci.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
