Ive been going hard with my work out and eatting right for four weeks. I have lost 7 pounds and see the changes in my body. I has really been a challenge but I am so in need of this change.Razz

Mix feelings

advice needed
Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
