Hello, could you please tell me how to delete all excercise so it doesn't show up on my diet calendar? I would also like to know how to change the total calories on the "add Excercise" page. It is way to high for the recommended allowance per day per my Doctor. Thus, my net calorie burn is incorrect. It should be 2509 calories and it says 3687. I have changed my rdi successfully.

Thanks for the help.

The only way I could figure out how to click on each day's exercise stat, and reduce the time spent doing that exercise so that it zeroed out. Weird way to do it, but I don't think this website is very user friendly.

This is the path to get there: My Fat Sectret / Diet Calendar / Blue Column Numbers.

There may be an easier way, but I am new to this. Good Luck!

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
