I'm using one. I've only lost about 5 pounds so far (since Christmas), but I just started counting calories this week. The Wii Fit alone wasn't getting the weight off. I am getting the most benefit out of the aerobic exercises. (I run while watching TV, step while watching TV, and hula hoop.) I occasionally do the other games and strength training too.
