Any body else having trouble with their fatsecret app for android? I've been having issues with mine for a week (not saving my entries), and it wouldn't let me download the upgrades. I thought I could remove the app and then download the app again to fix it, and now it won't upload at all!!! Help!

All my problems, and there are many, with the Android app get solved when I connect via Wifi. I learned that trick from others here.

thanks....I'll give that a try, but if it continues, I'm switching to one of the other counting app/sites that has better reviews. I've been here for nearly a year, but I don't want to deal with this repeatedly!

i started having problems lately too.. i pick multiple items but it only ever saves one of them... it used to work perfectly, but within the last few weeks, it's been suckin! takes all the convenience out if you have to enter them one at a time! i tried force stopping, rebooting, and uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling... no luck.. still get the "whoops! couldnt save your entry" error... and there's no email or phone support for the app itself... is there??

Yeah, that "Couldn't save your entry" thing just started for me with the most recent update. My guess in that some programmer forgot to close the loop on some handshake somewhere. For a free app, I guess you can't be too picky, but it sure is annoying!

I only get a sync or save when connected through wifi, this definately needs to be fixed. It's making it useless unless I'm home.
