I can see a lot of lost inches (sadly, I didn't take initial measurements, so don't have exact numbers) but nothing near the weight loss that she claims is possible, despite the fact that I'm counting calories and doing lots of additional cardio. I definitely have increased endurance, though, due to the high intensity of the cardio, and can tell I'm much stronger. I moved up to level 2 just over a week ago but am currently switching off between 1 and 2 because I feel like they're each slightly different workouts and because 2 is still a huge challenge for me. Keep me posted on your experiences, themookie and CherBear- I'm interested to hear how it goes.

Yep, you have to stay focused and dedicated. Maybe set smaller goals, so they don't see too overwhelming. If you cut out refined sugar, your body stops craving it and things that have natural sugars ...
