Hi everyone! So a little about me. I'm a 24 year old accounting student who would like to lose 10 lbs as a short term goal and 20 as a long term goal. I'm looking for people with any goal, of any age who are interested in getting to know someone and helping them stay motivated...weight loss is much easier when you are held accountable...anyone and everyone is welcome, whatever your goal may be!

Hey - my name is Flora and I just joined this site. I have very similar weight loss goals as you -- wanting to lose 10 initially, and eventually losing 20. It's always better doing challenges with support buddies. My main exercise program is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Today is my 3rd day on that. How about you guys?

Just did the 30 day shred for the first time and it was hard, but I am going to continue with it!!

I'm doing the shred too- today was day 20. I can see a lot of lost inches (sadly, I didn't take initial measurements, so don't have exact numbers) but nothing near the weight loss that she claims is possible, despite the fact that I'm counting calories and doing lots of additional cardio. I definitely have increased endurance, though, due to the high intensity of the cardio, and can tell I'm much stronger. I moved up to level 2 just over a week ago but am currently switching off between 1 and 2 because I feel like they're each slightly different workouts and because 2 is still a huge challenge for me. Keep me posted on your experiences, themookie and CherBear- I'm interested to hear how it goes.
