I have a thing for salty foods (green olives, chips, crackers, etc)and find it hard to lose weight due to water retention. I also have a huge addiction to Pepsi. Does anyone have suggestions of "healthy foods" that I can eat to satify my salt hunger without hurting me.

What about other strong but not salty flavors? For example, last night I had sweet potato fries that were made with turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper. They were very tasty, but weren't salted.

Hummus might be an interesting thing. Dip carrot sticks in it and you'll get crunchy plus flavorful with very little sodium.
