Here's a few tips:
read the book, take notes, read it again and really understand this WOE.
Eat only the foods on the induction list of acceptable foods.
Drink your water.
Visit the atkins.com - support - forum and ask questions when you have them. You can also learn a lot just from reading the forum posts and different areas of the site.
Track what you eat here on the food diary, set to show net carbs. To know you are getting the 12 - 15 net carbs, list all veggies, regardless of when you eat them under snacks. This will give you a running total. List any non-veggie snacks elsewhere.
