I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can use agave nectar in your tea while you are on this diet?

I would say no. It's low glycemic, but does have calories. Do you like Stevia? The flavor varies from brand to brand, so if you don't like one, you might try a different brand. Good luck! Smile

I did some research on this, and I kept finding that agave nectar is just like corn syrup. So.... I did not use it.

Stevia or xylitol are the 2 substitues to use while doing this diet, and that's pretty much it. Stevia is a lot easier to find though than xylitol from my experience so far.

Stevia is the best! buy it in the big big bags! found my Stevia at local winco, & super Walmart!

Weight loss since starting.
:d I have lost 5 pounds since starting a week ago. I know I can't keep that amount of weight loss but it's a good start. I'll be happhy if I can lose 2 pounds a week.
