Instead of using the elevator I go up and down the stairwell at work. I usually go from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor (6 flights of stairs). I am not sure how to log this in my execrise calendar...I don't see anything for stairclimbing. Please advise. Thanks.

http://caloriecount.about.com ~ they have just about every exercise in the book on their site. I love it.
Don't let the ticker fool you ~ I started this journey at 250 pounds a year ago. This is a lifestyle change for sure ~ I've never been on a diet that lasted this long and worked this well.

Don't ever apologize when you know you're right. The truth hurts, some people just need to get over it.

So I don't have to keep repeating myself ~ I'll just put it here.....The team is the STEELERS, not Steeler's. I am a STEELERS fan, not a Steeler's fan.

Syncing Food Diary on Web to App
Just realised much later that it takes a bit for it to sync between the IE page and the app. But it still syncs in the end. All good now. Thanks.

Not that I know of, and others have asked the same question. It would be very helpful to be able to select a number of items in your daily diary and add them to a specific meal on another date ... only ...
