I usually have a morning snack and an afternoon snack and I would like to be able to show that in the Food Diary instead of grouping all Snacks/Other Food in one category. Some people may even have 3 snacks (morning, afternoon and evening) and would like to see the seperation in order to pinpoint eating habits.

I know exactly what you mean. My snacks section is just a "catch-all" for foods or drinks that really weren't meals and I didn't know what else to do with them.

I agree! There should be at least 6 places where you could enter 'meals' ... I tend to eat about 5 times a day, and most of the time, they don't really qualify as 'breakfast', 'lunch' or whatever.

One thing you can do is when you list your foods let's say "soy nuts", put it under breakfast, but just label it as "soy nuts - am snack" or the same thing in the snack section just list it as "soy nuts - am snack" or "ripe banana - pm snack", that way everyone knows what you're talking about, or it can at least give you a better idea of how your day is going Smile Just a suggestion Smile

I used to use Weightlossresources before and they have a nifty little thing where you can input the time of whatever it is you are eating as well as list it under various titles, snack, junk etc. Its a pretty good tool and one we would love, if the powers that be are reading this.

good idea foodlady it would help even if you continued listing it under snacks at least you could look back and know it was a morning afternoon or night time snack.
Things that make you go Hmmm....

. If you ate pasta and antipasta would you still be hungry?
. If one synchronized swimmer drowns. Do the rest have to drown too?
. If space is a vacuum, who changes the bag?
. What is another word for Thesaurus?

It would be great if Fat secret could add a morning, afternoon and evening snack time, and also if they could enable a note section so that fi there is a comment you wnat to remember re. a specific meal or food item that you could enter it right with your tracking. Julia
