My trainer has me using it for a portion of my session. It is tough but I really like it.

My trainer uses them in his boot camp classes. We do rows, Y's and T's, sometimes he has us put our feet in them in a plank position and pull knees to chest, etc. It is challenging and definately hits all the muscles as I feel it later!

I too used one when I was working with a trainer. I can't justify the price for what you get, and I may make my own eventually, but the workout is absolutely terrific.

I am hooked on TRX classes. I use my vacation days so I can get in the classes on Wednesdays. I love TRX and it works to lose inches and gain muscles. I feel it for 5 days after the class...it's a great workout.
