weight watcher points

I use Fat Secret on my blackberry and I can add weight watcher points onto the daily tracking along with the calories. Does anyone know if i can do that on the website. I dont see that option....Very Happy

they dont list the weight watchers points for each food item, but its easy to figure out what the point values are by using the nutirtion facts provided for each item and your points calculator. But you may or may not have noticed that they do include weight watchers point on a lot of the recipies.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
