It would be awesome if there was a feature to edit recipe's in Fat Secret. There have been some terrific recipes that I found and use, but I make it slightly different. For now, I have just gone ahead and added the recipe as is, and once or twice i re-enter the whole thing with my changes. is there a way that we could have a feature to edit recipe's?

As long as they don't make a feature that permanently changes the entire recipe for everyone who uses it, I'd totally second that. =) But until then, I simply enter recipes the way I make them when I need to use them. =). (I do it for non-recipes like fiber one waffles, too, since i make them differently than the box...)

I also *really* want the ability to use a serving of a recipe inside another recipe. For example, I might make homemade pesto then use that pesto in another recipe.

Hi ceececarmaa, I too encountered the same issue with the serving sizes on the dbase. To get around it I either enter my own food in the database with the serving from the package, or just make the conversion on the current item. For instance, if the serving indicates 1 TBSP and I want 1 tsp, I enter it as 0.333 (1 TBSP=3 tsp). Hope this helps!
