Hi there. just wanted to ask a silly question.
I was wondering if anyone is familiar with Gilad's workouts. They're $1.99 + tax on itunes. and it's also free on fit tv. lol
what kind of exercise is that? weight training or aerobics?
what results have you gotten from this program?

I've done Gilad's workouts before. Sometimes they are On Demand if you have Comcast...I believe they are under the Discovery Health section. Gilad is mostly strength training with some very light cardio mixed in. Most of the moves only require your body weight or some light hand weights. They aren't the most fun workout videos I've ever done, but they aren't terrible either. I don't know if I'd pay $1.99 for them though. There are some fun (& free!) workouts on http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/

Have fun!

I like Gilad a lot. I've done his workouts off and on (mostly off lol) since the 90's. The ones I like are the Bodies in Motion....mostly low impact aerobics and light strength training.
