Hi new to the site - after checking out FAQ still not sure how to record some things. For example, in a walking challenge - do I have to record daily weight in order to record whether I walked or not?
Also on Atkins - where do I indicate which phase I am on.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.
