Finally went on a real bike ride...

I just started biking again also. I did a 12 mile ride Friday and a 19 mile ride today. I'm pretty bored with ellipticals and treadmills, so this was a long overdue change. Not as sore as i should be considering the terrain and time on the bike. Where did you ride, park or around town?

That's a great start. Don't push too hard at first for speed or distance. Just do what you feel comfortable with and enjoy it.
