I've had my bike for more than 6 months and have taken it out on only two short rides. This morning, I went for a 7.5 mile ride, which felt great -- the back of my legs are a little sore, but that's a good thing Smile

I just started biking again also. I did a 12 mile ride Friday and a 19 mile ride today. I'm pretty bored with ellipticals and treadmills, so this was a long overdue change. Not as sore as i should be considering the terrain and time on the bike. Where did you ride, park or around town?

That's a great start. Don't push too hard at first for speed or distance. Just do what you feel comfortable with and enjoy it.
