I am so glad to have found this site! It is so easy to figure serving sizes and calories thats it's easy for me to start seeing which days I am satisfied and what I ate that day. Hopefully this will be the extra hepl I needed to start getting back in control. 30 pounds in 12 months should be doable...hopefully.

This site really helped me with correcting my portion sizes. I am sure you will be able to lose 30 pounds.
