Does anyone have any recipes for some really good low calorie desserts? My husband has a sweet tooth and if I make something I want to be able to enjoy some. Any ideas and recipes will help. Thank you!

I take graham crackers and put cool whip in between them like and ice cream sandwich and freeze them. You can also add dry sugar free pudding mix to cool whip to make different flavors. My kids love them too!

If you make cream puffs or mini eclairs, the puffs have like maybe 50 calories each and the eclairs usually around 100, and I'm sure you can make some with lighter cream inside like cool whip or pudding for yourself if you want them to be even less calories!

Hi, this is not that low in calories, but definately worth it.
MOCHA FUDGE CAKE
2 oz bittersweet or plain chocolate
1 Tbsp strong, decaf, black coffee
1/16 oz (2g) artificial sweetner
4 egg whites

preheat ove 180C/350F/ gas mark 4
melt chocolate in a mircowave bowl about 2 min on high, stir in the coffee and sweetner
beat egg whites -stiff peaks
fold into chocolate mixture
spoon into 2 souffle dishes 4cm high 7 10 cm in diameter or one Pyrex bowl 3in high and 6 in diameter/
Bake in the oven for 8 min

EAT AND ENJOY WHILE STILL WARM!!!!

This is for 2 servings

Oh before i forget calories per serving is 169
