I turn 38 this month - I'm not 38 1/2 but I am anxious to be in really good shape by the time I turn 40, and I have a goal of wanting to lose 100 pounds, so it might take me that long to get there. I just started going back to the gym this past month and it's an awkward transition for me but I am committed. I definitely want to be fit and fabulous by 40!

Yes, please join!!! I am hoping this group will be very interactive and supportive. I would also love to have your ideas on some unique mini challenges to add.

I'm 38.5 and will be 40 in January 2012. I have 15-20 pounds left to lose and would love to join your challenge!

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
