...it may be what you need...but I really suggest that you try to eat a bit more...if the idea of eating more bothers you then try to cycle your calories...3 days of eating low 1200 calories and 1 day of eating a normal amount for your maintenance (which I'm not sure what that number would be) I'd assume 1900 or so plus whatever you burn working out. then 2 days of low and 1 day of the 1900 + calories burned during exercise.
