i have reached this week all my goals Cool but i need motivation Evil or Very Mad for the future to stay in my diet. please join my created group. we can us motivating together, without stress, only with fun. Rolling Eyes

Hi,Congratulations on achiveinh all your goals. I need to loose 14 lbs pls help me suggest what to eat in a aday and loose weight.

@ Ambrina-
check out this posting on FS may be what you need...but I really suggest that you try to eat a bit more...if the idea of eating more bothers you then try to cycle your calories...3 days of eating low 1200 calories and 1 day of eating a normal amount for your maintenance (which I'm not sure what that number would be) I'd assume 1900 or so plus whatever you burn working out. then 2 days of low and 1 day of the 1900 + calories burned during exercise.
