What have you noticed?

One thing I've noticed since I have changed my lifestyle is a few different times I have forgotten that there food is out and I left it on the stove or the counter overnight!! Laughing for example, last night I made the BEST mashed potatoes ever as a side for my dinner, and I ate, put my dish away, fumbled around doing random things for a couple hours and went to bed. Woke up this morning, looked at the stove and said "Crap. Those were delicious." and tossed them out Laughing Before I started watching what I was eating this NEVER happened.

What are some of the things you guys have noticed since you have changed you lifestyles?! Smile

I really noticed many different things

1- Eating 3 meals with many snacks....I was overeating between meals, but snacks solved my problem! and i feel really FULL through my day and night!

2- I started to know many facts about food, cal, fat and so on...I am doing better choices!

3-more than 4 days, i spend 40 mins running (jogging) which benefits my body and muscle...Ya, i feel my muscles lastly loool

I learned that to lose weight is not about dieting because once a day it will be gone! It just about changing our lifestyles!

Low activity levels are better than no activity levels!
I can eat anything I want and still loose weight, which means I don't feel deprived of anything, so I don't crave it and then feel guilty for eating it!
Goal 1 = 70kg
Goal 2 = 60kg
Goal 3 = 54kg

My start weight was 336. This was taken on 5/14/10. Unfortunately I can't get this to correct itself.

I know "Foodisevil" was not the brightest choice for a name, but I was grasping for straws when most everything else I tried was taken. I know that not all food is evil, just chocolate and McDonald's, lol!

2. I'm aware of preprocessed foods and try to obstain from them
3. I don't eat as much as I once did
4. I have greater physical endurance

I have noticed that contrary to my own previous believes I CAN do this exercise thing. The inner nerd in me is very proud. Turns out band geeks can also be athletic. Wink

I've learned that there are four levels of satiety - satisfied, full, stuffed, and miserable. Before I started eating better, I often ate until I was full or stuffed...Never satisfied. Now I eat until I am satisfied more often! Praise God!

I agree with this 100% I too ate until I was stuffed. I always ate until I was full, instead of just quitting when I just wasnt hungry anymore. I think that was one of the hardest wake up calls I had. I NOW understand what left overs are! (unless I forget them overnight on the stove LOL)Very Happy

1. that i love being active...
2. that i love to jog (what the heck really? yes lol)
3. that i love feeling healthy
4. that i love caring about what i do to my body.. even though sometimes i want to be a kid and not give a sh*t .. but i'm proud that i really do care
5. that so many people out there are either in the same boat, were in the same boat, or look to me as inspiration
6. that i am stronger both physically and mentally than i ever gave myself credit for...

i did also notice that i'm a sensitive emotional booger... and pout when i don't move the scale like i want to lol

Feature Request. Rolling Week
Look way at bottom of screen .. there is a "contact" link which sends them either an email or a PM. I've used that before and gotten a response.

Default to "Today" on Reports tab
I think it depends how you get to the reports screen. If you come from the Today button at the bottom of the Diary screen, it plonks you into the Pie chart for today.
